She has supervised and managed various education programs at pre-primary level by working closely with the government education departments and relevant stake holders. She has adapted and reviewed numerous training modules for teachers and interactive age appropriate classroom activities for primary level. She has been a part of developing national curriculum for Early Childhood Education since 2006 till now. She has been conducting trainings on interactive teaching and learning methodologies. She has worked as a visiting faculty for Allama Iqbal Open University on Early Childhood Education programs. She has also managed team and trained teachers in emergency situations like earthquake, temporarily displaced people and floods on interactive teaching and learning methodologies.
